At Rush Hour CrossFit Parramatta, we are committed to providing you with a professional and personal coaching service. We welcome people of any fitness level, background or experience. Our classes are conducted in a safe and supportive environment under our watchful and attentive coaches. We are focused on building the foundations of a quality CrossFit athlete including efficiency in Olympic weight lifting, Gymnastics, Plyometrics, Energy system and Mobility.

Try Our C4 Program for Higher Intensity

C4 classes are a High-Intensity Interval training sessions designed to get you exercising against resistance at close to maximum heart rate. Due to the vigorous contractile nature of C4 (resistance moved at speed), it’s great for:
– speeding up fat loss
– building lean muscle & getting stronger
– learning new skills/movements while
– adding variety to your Bootcamp or CrossFit training to keep you motivated

Ray Younis, Managing Director and Head Trainer, holds the highest level qualification possible as a fitness professional, under Fitness Australia’s registration scheme (Level 3). As a former professional athlete and coach, Ray has over 25yrs of combined experience as an athlete, health educator, personal trainer, crossfit coach, massage therapist, strength and conditioning coach, outdoor fitness and bootcamp instructor. He filters all of his knowledge through all of Rush Hour Australia’s trainers.

Ray’s experience is multidimensional having successfully trained school children, elite athletes, sporting teams as well as designed, implemented and consulted on health and fitness at the corporate level for thousands of adult workers for over half a decade.

Ray is very passionate, highly organised and a high achiever. With a real passion and intense drive about his training, Ray ensures that Rush Hour Australia’s clients get the most out of the powerful sessions put on by his trainers.

Pete has been a CrossFit Coach since 2010 and heads the team at Rush Hour CrossFit Parramatta.

Pete loves coaching and what he loves about CrossFit is the High Intensity training that achieved phenomenal results for him and the Rush Hour clients. Pete always talks about pushing your body to its limits and working towards your goals and PR’s.

Pete likes seeing the no excuse approach to self-improvement and supporting clients as they work to their limits and beyond. Pete is a friendly and professional coach and has adopted a non-threatening approach to the Crossfit experience here at Rush Hour CrossFit Parramatta.

Pete enjoys the tremendous variety in training which means that every day is a new training experience for the CrossFit clients. The CrossFit community is a great atmosphere to train in and with everyone supporting and helping each other before, during and after class you can before that there are no ‘ego’s at  Rush Hour CrossFit Parramatta.

Teei, is all things fitness. From a large family of 13 siblings and at a very young age he understood the importance of being active and healthy. Teei played multiple sports while growing up and even represented state in Touch Football, Cricket and Softball.

Teei who is better known as the coach of the mind and soul, is always encouraging his clients to better themselves, push their limits and work hard to achieve their goals.

To him; the answer is simple when his clients ask why crossfit:

“You can’t go wrong if you surround yourself with motivated, positive, high energy people, who love to be challenged and most importantly believe in and are happy to be part of a community”

BENJAMIN ABRAHAM

Benjamin has always been a very physical person, growing up he played Ice Hockey to a Bantam state level whilst also assistant coaching Atom and Peewee level hockey.

Benjamin got into lifting weights at the age of 15 and has never looked back. At age 17, he enlisted into the Australian Army as a Rifleman and went on to specialise as a Reconnaissance Patrolman. The extremely high level of combat fitness required for this specialisation is something that Benjamin has never let go of and continues to bring this high level of fitness to the Rush Hour family.

Benjamin has a deep passion for not only increasing the strength, technique and fitness of all those he coaches but also improving the positive mindset, self-talk and determination of all those who are a part of Rush Hour.

To Benjamin; Crossfit is one of the closest forms of training that is similar to fitness training in the Army. Being able to build strength, fitness and mental determination while surrounded by your mates and having a good old laugh with them once you’ve recovered enough to pick yourself up off the floor.
