C4 classes are a High-Intensity Interval training sessions designed to get you exercising against resistance at close to maximum heart rate. Due to the vigorous contractile nature of C4 (resistance moved at speed), it’s great for:

– learning new skills/movements while
– adding variety to your Bootcamp or CrossFit training to keep you motivated
