OUR VISION & MISSION

Rush Hour Australia was founded in 2006 by Raymond Younis, Managing Director and Head Trainer, and has grown to be an Australian fitness leader offering you 24-hour gym, BootCamp and CrossFit facility in Parramatta.

Raymond’s dream was to improve the quality of people’s lives through honest and professional service. Raymond and his team of trainers are realising this dream, having trained thousands of satisfied members since 2007.

Flexibility, affordability and personal service are the foundations of Rush Hour Australia. As a member, you’re offered a holistic service, including access to nutritional seminars, Exercise Physiology, massage and Physiotherapy. Customise your membership to access our Bootcamp, CrossFit facility and 24-hour gym.
