REBECCA AKDEMIR

Having actively participated in CrossFit since 2013; Rebecca has found a passion for the sport and still enjoys the complexities, variety and challenges CrossFit has to offer. She is a firm believer of always testing one’s limits and does so by competing in local competitions and meets which helps gauge her goals and sets new benchmarks. This passion and constant drive for perfecting Rebecca’s skill is also passed onto her clients and athletes as they are always encouraged to raise the bar with new goals and achievements.

Recently, Rebecca decided to compliment her CrossFit and Fitness knowledge by adding other elements to her training such as AcroYoga, Calisthenics and Obstacle Course Training which has also benefitted her clients as they are enjoying the new challenges and movements.

This past year has seen Rebecca reach some new heights within the CrossFit community having judged the Australian Regional CrossFit Games and was honoured with an invitation to be a part of the judging team at the CrossFit Games 2016 in Los Angeles.

In her recharging downtime she loves spending time at the beach and like every human indulges in a bit of chocolate.
