Teei, is all things fitness. From a large family of 13 siblings and at a very young age he understood the importance of being active and healthy.

Teei, is all things fitness. From a large family of 13 siblings and at a very young age he understood the importance of being active and healthy. Teei played multiple sports while growing up and even represented state in Touch Football, Cricket and Softball.

Teei who is better known as the coach of the mind and soul, is always encouraging his clients to better themselves, push their limits and work hard to achieve their goals.

To him; the answer is simple when his clients ask why crossfit:

“You can’t go wrong if you surround yourself with motivated, positive, high energy people, who love to be challenged and most importantly believe in and are happy to be part of a community”

Matthew weightlifting career commenced at the young age of 22 and is currently coaching alongside Australian Masters Olympic Weightlifting record Holder Ali Azari. Matthew shows an enormous amount of passion for the sport and enjoys coaching athletes to move better with two of his clients being awarded Gold and Silver medals in a National Weightlifting Competition.

We are honoured to have Matthew as part of the CrossFit Rush Hour Ryde team; bringing his world class knowledge and expertise to our Olympic Weightlifting program.

Patrick takes any situation as an opportunity to train and loves the benefits that are gained from it.

PATRICK MASSA

Patrick takes any situation as an opportunity to train and loves the benefits that are gained from it; whether it is carrying the groceries home or pumping out a 1000 burpees. The passion Patrick puts into his own training is passed onto his clients and he coaches them through simple and enjoyable yet effective and intense sessions.

Patrick goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure they are always on track to get the results they want and always does it with a smile on his face. Patrick believes that exercise goes beyond the conventional health benefits that come with it; but also the unforeseen benefits whether it be stress relief from the daily grind, meeting new people or even socialising with friends in a fun and sweaty environment.

Yvonne is a qualified Chiropractor who exposed herself to many sports at a young age; namely Tennis, Martial Arts and Muay Thai. This allows her to provide a professional and personal service to the great group of people who come together to train in a fun and healthy community at CrossFit Rush Hour Ryde

Personally, Yvonne finds CrossFit challenges her both physically and mentally in a unique way that other sports do not provide and creates for her diverse clients a platform to be active and to motivate each other to achieve great personal and team results.
